ਪਹਿਲੀ ਤੱਕਣੀ ਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਬੈਠਾ
ਹੋ ਗਈ ਵਾਰਦਾਤ ਜੋ ਹੋਣੀ ਸੀ
ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਲ ਮਿਲਿਆ
ਆਖ਼ਰ ਨੈਣੋਂ ਨੀਂਦਰ ਖੋਹਣੀ ਸੀ
ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ 'ਚੋਂ ਨਜਰ ਆਉਣ ਲੱਗੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਉਸਦੀ
ਨੈਣੀਂ ਵੱਸ ਗਈ ਇਂਝ ਮੂਰਤ ਉਸਦੀ
ਹਰ ਬੋਲ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗਿਆ
ਇਸ਼ਕ ਜਵਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਲੱਗਿਆ
ਫਿਰ ਦਰਾਰ ਆਈ
ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਆਈ
ਓਹ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ
ਇਹ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਹੱਥ ਯਾਰ ਆਈ
ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਦਿਲ ਨੇ ਟੁੱਟਣਾ ਸੀ
ਆਖ਼ਰ ਨੈਣੋਂ ਨੀਰ ਸੁੱਟਣਾ ਸੀ
ਰੋਕਿਆ ਨਾ ਬਾਂਹੋਂ ਫੜ੍ਹ ਮੈਂ
ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਉਹਦੀ ਲਈ ਕਾਇਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ
ਰਾਂਝੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਜੋਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ,
ਪਰ ਹੈਪੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਇਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ
